Best Of Britain: Fred Perry and Lyle & Scott
With the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee fresh in our memories, our Euro hopes in Poland and Ukraine yet to be shattered, and the London Olympics round the corner, it is a great year to be British, and proud. With such a rich history amongst all of them, we decided to unfurl our Union Jack, warm up the teapot and look at the brands that make Britain Great. Continue reading

Primal Scream at the Electric Brixton
With Levi’s coming to Hugh Harris next season, it was great to be invited to a gig laid on by the denim brand and crafted by the public (they voted for the supporting acts and on Primal Scream’s set list). A converted theatre, the Electric Brixton provides a brilliant venue and atmosphere. Small and intimate, you are immediately absorbed by the music and your innards are rattled about. Festival Guide: Latitude
Latitude Festival is only in it’s 6th year but it has already attracted a reputation. Marred by security issues in 2007 and again in 2010 it is sometimes a reputation it doesn’t want.
