Deliveries
Domestic Delivery Details
Orders placed before 1pm Monday - 1pm Friday will be dispatched the SAME DAY by Royal Mail. Orders placed between 1pm Friday and 10am Saturday will be dispatched on Saturday, but Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery until Tuesday. Orders placed from 10am Saturday onwards will be dispatched on the following Monday. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. You will be notified if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.We only use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery charges are based on the cumulative weight of your order in accordance with Royal Mail's charges. The delivery cost for your order is displayed when you view your basket.
Saturday Delivery
Orders for Saturday delivery should be placed by 1pm Friday. If you place your order after this time and specify Saturday delivery, we will contact you to clarify when you wish to receive your order. Saturday delivery costs £2.25 extra than the standard Next Day Special Delivery.
European Delivery Details
Our standard European service is Royal Mail International Signed For (Airmail), and costs from £3.80. You should receive your order within 2-6 working days from the date of despatch. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date.
The charge for this service is determined by the weight of your parcel. This charge is confirmed both in your basket and before you make your payment.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
International Delivery Details
Our standard International service is Royal Mail International Signed For (Airmail), and costs from £4.00. You should receive your order within 3-7 working days from the date of despatch. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date.
The charge for this service is determined by the weight of your parcel. This charge is confirmed both in your basket and before you make your payment.

Delivery Address
For security purposes, the billing address should be the same as the cardholders address. Items can be delivered to friends and family, to an alternative address.
