UK Named Day Delivery By 1pm - From £5.99 (Free on orders over £150*)
We offer a named day delivery service, and you are able to select Monday to Friday delivery up to two weeks in advance. If you require next day delivery please order before 1pm. This is a fully tracked service and all deliveries require a signature upon receipt and should arrive by 1pm on the nominated delivery date. You will be notified if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed. Delivery charges are based on the cumulative weight of your order in accordance with Royal Mail's charges. The delivery cost for your order is displayed when you view your basket.
Saturday Delivery - From £10.49
Saturday delivery is available until 1pm on the Friday before and should arrive by 1pm on the Saturday you select. You are able to select up to two Saturdays in advance. We are pleased to offer FREE delivery to all BFPO addresses. Simply select UK - British Forces Post Office as the Delivery Country during check out. Orders to BFPO address will be sent using Royal Mail's Signed For service. Unfortunately due to the nature of the BFPO system we are unable to give estimated delivery times. When completing the Delivery Address form, please fill in the relevant fields as outlined below.

This is the format as recommended by the MOD whilst allowing it to be entered into our system. If any of the required fields aren't applicable please enter N/A and we will manually reformat it. The billing address should match that of the card holder, if this is also a BFPO address please use the same format as above, however you may wish to use the new geographic style postcodes released by Royal Mail which you can view here. Unfortunately VAT will be charged, however if you are stationed outside of the EU, please email us at customerservices@hughharris.co.uk to request a VAT refund.
For security purposes, the billing address should be the same as the cardholders address. Items can be delivered to friends and family or to an alternative address, but all addresses provided will be subject to security checks.
We cannot ship to PO BOX addresses.

All returns or exchanges of products bought in the Sale must be returned to us within 7 working days following the day of delivery, according to Royal Mail's track and trace system.
All returns or exchanges of full price products must be organized within 14 days following the day of delivery, according to Royal Mail's track and trace system.
Items to be returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging, tags and completed return form. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept swimwear, underwear or socks for return.
You will be required to organize, and pay for the return of goods to us, and do so at your own risk. We accept no liability for loss or damage in transit and therefore recommend that you use a tracked postal service and ensure the package is adequately insured.
Goods purchased at our retail store cannot be returned to our on-line store.
Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund or exchange until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.
In most instances exchanges will be sent using our UK Standard Service (European/International Standard where applicable). If our UK Named Day Service was selected for your original order you can name a day to have your exchange item delivered. Please contact us by e-mail at customerservices@hughharris.co.uk or via phone at (01483) 888855 to nominate a delivery date. If no instruction is received, your exchange item will be sent using our UK Standard Service
If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, a credit will be added to your account 'e-wallet' which can then be used against the purchase of the higher value goods. If the stock is unavailable for an exchange the order will be refunded automatically and you will be notified by e-mail.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return postage. However we will be more than happy to issue you with a credit on your account for the value of return postage to us. Simply enclose a copy of the postage receipt with the parcel or e-mail us a scanned copy at customerservices@hughharris.co.uk. This is only applicable for returns requiring a full refund.
1. If an exchange is required, please contact us at 01483 888855 or customerservices@hughharris.co.uk to confirm availability. Although not always possible we may be able to reserve goods for exchange.
2. Complete and detach the returns form on the reverse of the invoice supplied, enclosing with the goods to be returned. Please do not send copies of this form as we require information on both sides of the form. WE WILL NOT PROCEED WITH A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF THIS IS NOT ENCLOSED.
3. Please return goods to the address below. An address label is provided on the supplied invoice.

4. Once the returned goods have been checked and verified, the refund will be processed, your account will be credited, or exchange completed as necessary.
Refunds are usually processed the same day that we receive the goods, however please allow up to 10 working days for this to reflect on your Credit/Debit account. PayPal and Google Wallet refunds usually appear on the respective account within 1 working day.
In compliance with UK Distant selling regulations, we refund the total order value including any original postage paid when a full refund is required. Postage on part returns or exchanges will not be refunded. This does not include the cost of return postage.
