Returns Policy

We & Us refer to Hugh Harris

All returns or exchanges of products bought in the Sale must be returned to us within 7 working days following the day of delivery.  

All returns or exchanges of full price products must be organized within 14 days of placing your order.

Items to be returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging, tags, and our supplied receipt/invoice.

If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference. Full postage fees are applicable to any exchange.

You will be required to organize, and pay for the return of goods to us.

Goods purchased at our retail store cannot be returned to our on-line store.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

Return of Goods Procedure

Contact the returns department at customerservices@hughharris.co.uk including the following information:

Your Name
Your Address
Your Order Number
The Reason for Returning the Item
Details (please include the stock code from the product detail page) of any Replacement Item(s) Required

2. The original receipt or invoice must be returned. We will not proceed without this.

3. Once the returned goods have been checked and verified, your account will be credited, or exchange completed as necessary.

In compliance with UK Distant selling regulations, we refund the total order value including any original postage paid when I full refund is required. Postage on part returns or exchanges will not be refunded. This does not include to the cost of return postage.

For your safety it is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post
